Leighton Hong Kong’s YPC basketball team has played
valiantly battling its way up the Hilti Construction Industry
Basketball League table.
Out of eight competing teams, we were successful in
entering the top division competing alongside Chun Wo,
Build King and Vibro. With victory against Chun Wo, we are
now competing with Build King for the League championship.

Our team is through to the finals - this Saturday will
see HKCC Leighton Asia take on Society General
Valley in a Grand Championship rematch

The Leighton Asia HKCC rugby team
emerged victorious from its semi-final
against Natixis HKFC on 14 February;
a breathtaking victory secured our
place in the Grand Championship
final against Society General Valley at
King’s Park on 7 March.
In a tight match right to the end, our
team lead 9-8 until the 77th minute,
when Matt Lamming came through
with a stunning try, landing the game
in our favour 16 – 8.
Leighton Asia HKCC will play against
Society General Valley in the Grand
Finals at Kings Park Sports Ground in
Kowloon, 7 March, 18:15.
